Programming
Determine the scope of the work and budget. Evaluate and understand our clients project needs and objectives.

Schematic Design
- Coordination with all consultants including Architect, Engineers and General Contractor per project needs.
- Start the Preliminary conceptual design options with space planning, furniture selections, material finishes and color palettes

Design Development
- Define design through presentation meetings and discussions
- Further develop Space planning layouts
- Produce Design Intent Documents
- Prepare 3D computer renderings
- Material and Finishes specification
- Revised Furniture, lighting fixtures, equipment’s selection
- Coordination with all Consultants

Construction Documents
- Prepare drawings for City Permit and construction
- Finalize interior details
- Prepare finishes, furniture, door and hardware, lighting and furniture schedules
- Coordinate contractor bidding documents
- Prepare budgets for Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment
- Specification of decoration

Construction Administration
- Oversee construction to ensure progress are according to designer plans
- Job site visits
- Coordination with Client, Consultants, Contractor, Vendors
- Address any Request For Information (RFI)
- Coordinate fixture, furniture and equipment purchase order, delivery and jobsite installation
- Final walk through and punch list
